360o feedback loops for every subject, in every semester involving one-to-one interaction with subject teachers & co-faculty, interaction and written response from students, and consultation with Principal/Dean

Subject allocation (repeated) to faculty as per feedback received, ability and pitch presentation to deliver a course, skill-character, career, and other checks & balances

Managing the Calendar and Curriculum to ensure teaching loads as per subject-faculty allocation.
