Pedagogy, Alignment and Quality

Description

The key for successful academics (enthusiastic learning environment, innovation & experimentation, good results with learning objectives) lies in:

  1. the teaching-learning ethos of the college,
  2. the operating principles (stressing on synergy & cooperation, more than adherence of rules)
  3. the basis of quality and how to guage them for every subject
  4. the broad ideal framework and the circumstantial assessment

The above  has to be created and shared with EVERY single teacher (core more than visiting) and then apparent to the students.

All the faculty members can then be informed / aligned any college to make a cohesive institution.

This like the colleges own ethos has a strong influence from the local culture, with family and other formal traditions that affect learning.
